The worse Dealership i have ever used i was promised a key fob in january still weighting it is now June All so tried to book wives car in for MOT told unable to do it no machanics
Terrible service. Made me put a deposit down before test driving a car then before I go to see it they said it failed a safety check and so can't sell it. Then I never receive my deposit and when I call I get passed around and told it will get sorted when it never does. They all just thieves out to steal your money!
Well I did manage to buy a care from Eden Motor Group, so a tick in that box, but aside from that, a frankly awful experience from a company that claims to place a high value on customer service, integrity and openness. The reality is a country mile from their ambition, reinforced by an absence of meaningful follow up from senior managers of the company - plenty of empty platitudes but little else.
