Really disappointed with service received, booked rental van from Bracknell for one of my drivers following a breakdown on Xmas Eve, only to then be told we had to pick up from Wokingham (9 Uber trip at our expense!)Booking online and two phone calls made to driver en route but no mention until arrived at branch of various T&Cs including 200 deposit and electoral register checks - and when explained how unhappy/inconvenienced/stranded we were was merely told that the Bracknell branch would "reach out to me" (aka corporate bullsh*t!!)... End result over 2 hours lost and 9 out of pocket, plus a member of staff stranded and a days work lost... Luckily BTC Rentals were a short walk away and much more helpful/flexible and driver was in a van within 20 minutes for same cost and without a deposit... saved the day, thanks BTC :-) Enterprise, you really need to sort out the clarity of your communications and maybe a bit more flexibility for, and understanding of, the needs of the SME business market :-(
Generally a good experience, professional staff and quick and easy procedures. 1 star less as when I came to pick up a rented van they didn't really have the one which I had asked for. They offered a bigger sized van at the same price but it turned out the car wouldn't lock at all... Only alarm worked. I had to go back and in the end they swapped it to a medium van which I had initially ordered. Apart from that everything was perfectly fine. Deposit returned in 2 days.
