Called to get my Mercedes service done. Was booked in two day later. The guy turned up, got straight to work and gave me a review once completed. Very satisfied and would definately recommend. All this and almost half the price of Mercedes branch.
I booked my car in for its annual service last week and with the snow on Friday was fully expecting NVS to cancel. Not the case, a very cheerful chap turned up exactly on time and serviced MOTd my car no trouble at all. Could not recommend this company more. Rachel.
After looking at the last review, I have decided to agree with the guy before, I took a BMW to get repaired as I have seen the NVS vans in Wokingham,Whilst on a trip to Bristol my car broke down a few days after getting it back from NVS, the AA could not fix and took me to a local garage, unfortunately i hade to hire a car to finish my round trip, to cut a long story short, parts not fitted correctly, nuts and bolts missing and new parts were the original but have been cleaned and just replaced, More trust now in a second hand car salesman
If I could give this company a minus 5 star review, I would!! I had an issue with my car. I called a few company's and got a price to undertake a large job as I was told it was for a specialist but all these companies were far away, then I came across NVS the worst financial mistake I've ever made.Anyway a guy called Simon the owner told me he could match any price to fix my Audi. They would come and collect the car, well weeks had gone by with one problem after the other and when I finally got the car back it constantly kept breaking down with one thing after another and they washed their hands of it. Absolute joke of a company (more so the owner).
Awesome service. I use NVS at work and privately and have always experienced the same friendly, helpful service. All engineers are pro-active and give full clarity on the issues and rectifications during servicing and repairs.
