I'm very disappointed in this company. I have just been sent an email requesting payment for an order I placed over two months ago that I paid for at time of purchase. When originally placing the order I then rang to add to the order and paid over the phone. The new jackets took a month longer, even though I paid 2 days later and I had to chase as I think they weren't put on the system (even though they took the additional money there and then). I then had to chase twice for an invoice showing I had paid even though I asked for one at point of payment. Now, over 2 months later you ask for payment for the original order again. Disappointed in these cowboys.
