Really poor customer service, from both the store assistant and store manager. Really reminded me of the Little Britain sketch "computer says no..." I would say pay the extra and go to a competitor, but Argos aren't particularly cheap anyway, so nothing to lose by going elsewhere.
Very friendly staff, even helped me out when I was abroad in Crete! They personally delivered an item for me just so it wouldnt get sent back, couldnt be any more grateful. Thanks guys - also lots of products available.

Usual Argos experience - choose your item from the catalogue, write down the number, queue to pay and wait for your number to be called...Can be a long process at busy times...
