Absolutely disgrace ,i suffer with mental health issues and put a repeat prescription in and went in 4 says later and hadn't been done .was told to wait because Drs were in a meeting, i was totally ignored by the staff and had to leave due to work,feel completely let down.
Great doctors, sometimes difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable time, but they do keep emergency spots when needed. Call early for one of these though... All in all a good surgery.
I've been registered with the surgery for 31 years and have always had excellent care from both my registered GP and any other GP that I saw. The nurses here are also excellent and have always provided exemplary care. I am saddened that I have had to re-register to a new surgery because of 'territories' and will miss this efficient and well run practice that still has a personal touch. Goodbye rocking horse!!
