Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Owner is great. Listened to my request for an anniversary bouquet and got it spot on! Delivered at a pre-agreed time and called me to confirm the correct location once she was there. Wife very surprised and the bouquet made her day (also earned me a few brownie points).
