I had some items that needed repairing and replacement batteries for a couple of watches. They were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient. The watches were finished within minutes and the jewellery was sent away to be repaired. All competitively priced, I was pleasantly surprised by how little they charged me.

I brought a engagement ring from a shop in Brighton and one of the stone fell out. I went to Wellington Jewellers in Wokingham and they were happy to look at the ring to tell me why it had happened. I had a very friendly reception. I asked them if they were able to make the ring for me as I was going to return the other one. They said that they could. They took at picture of the ring so that they could get a price for me. After a couple of days they gave me a couple of quotes, depending on the clarity of the diamonds. We went ahead with making the ring. It took three weeks for the ring to be made. I was updated regularly with the progress of the ring. I also received a text of the earliest that I was able to pick up the ring. The ring was amazing. It had been made to perfection. Thank you so much Wellington Jewellers. I will definitely be coming back to get wedding rings made.
