I can wholeheartedly recommend this lovely firm of solicitors. Michele Jenno handled my divorce back in 2010, and was unfailingly helpful, reasonable, calm and supportive. Obviously divorce is never easy, but Michele really held my hand through the process and was a steadying, reassuring influence throughout. I never felt alone, which was wonderful. Charles Giles then helped me buy my first house, and Im now really happy, thanks to them both! A lovely team who combine astute legal brilliance with genuine warmth. Highly recommended.
Mr Giles has been very helpful with our first house purchase and would definitely recommend him. We had to pull out of the original purchase as there was some major issues with the property it could have cost us a lot of money and headaches and he advised us against it. He is very thorough and would definitely work with him and his team again who were very helpful.

Stole my property then refused to give it back. Really not very happy. You'd think solicitors were honest, you'd be wrong.
Very disappointing! I asked Giles an co. to deal with a property purchase, when the time came it turned out they were also acting for the purchasers of my property, but they omitted to tell me this. I felt it was a conflict of interest. The purchase was a time limited offer, but they refused to communicate and after 2 months of waiting the transaction collapsed. When my property sale was going through, they changed the time on me at the last minute and I had to leave some belongings behind then they refused to let me have it back so it had to be reported to the police as stolen. In my opinion they are not a trustworthy or reliable group. I would not use them.
