Told item was out of stock twice in a row. Returned for the 3rd time to be refused sale and told to see my gp again who sent me to them!
Utterly pathetic. Cant order anything in on time, unsympathetic staff, as poor a service as the medical centre it sits in.
Extremely rude and non-flexible. My partner was in incredible pain, so I went to buy some over-the-counter pain medication. The man there refused to sell to me because my partner was not there with me also. He seemed cold and indifferent throughout. Luckily there's a Boots down the road I can use instead.
I had been with the practice and pharmacy for about a year and a half. I had an emergency where my inhaler had run out (I have bad asthma) I have been getting worse and really did need one so I didnt need to worry about anything. I went into the pharmacy and said that I need another inhaler due to my current one running out which I pulled it out and showed to the man but even though the seriousness is quite high, it was refused due to the 28 days cancellation policy that the pharmacy have. On other occasions both at this one and others I have been able to receive an emergency inhaler but he was refusing. And so I left and called 111 to request an emergency inhaler of which I needed to go to another pharmacy for. I am now going to switch to a new pharmacy and gps as this isnt right.
Utterly average and indifferent experience most times I've been.At the last visit, after handing a prescription from the dentist in it was noticed that it hadn't been signed/stamped and they refused it. The dentist was closed for the weekend and the antibiotics would need to wait till I take it back. Took the same prescription to Tesco pharmacy who happily said "they do this all the time, don't worry we can process now and phone through confirmation ourselves once they open".
