Hate this place.staff not helpful, often unpleasant, not delivering packages. Had one parcel sent to sender stating that I rejected it, while they never even tried to deliver it. Never got the note.When I really need a post office I rather drive to Binfield.Although our postman is a truly lovely gentleman.
I saw on CCTV the postman pull up and just dropped the red Missed You card in my letter box, rather than being bothered to ring the doorbell, rather than wait for a signature. Sack him!!!
I had received a missed you card through my door yesterday and collected it today no problems. Apon returning home I found another red missed you and thought it a bit anoying that I had just been there and not been given the one that would have been delivered today. Once I returned I politely asked why I hadnt been given the 2nd delivery and was met with a unpleasant man called Martin who became very unpleasant and down right rude to me as I dare question the logic. Im not a postman; Im a tree surgeon and dont know their system. I will be a happy man if I never meet Martin again.
Always found staff friendly and service speedy, especially now there are self service machines for parcels.
Only open until 5.30pm, so damned awkward for collecting parcels for those of us who work. In this flexible age, you'd have thought that they could manage at least one day a week that they could open until say 7pm for parcel collection. The PO is supposed to be a public service, is it not?
