My best friend purchased a JCW mini here in May this year, he is over moon with it, but after taking it for service early Nov he found it has a few issues, but fair play to Oliver and his team after seeing the bill and a video of the service they were very quick to respond and offered to pay for the majority of the works. They have also filed a complaint with the AA as they had paid for the vehicle to be inspected by one of there technicians before the car was sold. All in all a very professional sales and care team, not your usual we can now fog the customer off now the car has gone.Fair play Oliver! when my Toyota goes up to the scrap heap heaven I will definitely check you guys out for my next car.
