Everything was clearly explained and timings given. The health check video sent by email was very comprehensive. I received a call to allow me to collect my car and Joshua was very thorough in his explanation of all the paperwork and advisory notes. He answered my additional questions and made me feel a valued customer. I had a service plan which had just expired and Joshua obtained a quote for me which I signed up for when I got home.
