David is happy to take your money and happy to engage in chit chat when he thinks he is selling a car, but that charm soon goes after you point out a few faults with his car and he suddenly becomes rude and dismissive. Maybe a lesson in customer service and people skills wouldn't go amiss when wanting people's hard earned cash. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from drew's at all!!!.David is your typical second hand car dealer who will spin any lie or trick in order for you to buy his cars that are over priced and not road legal. Dont be fooled by David it will be a expensive mistake. Customer service seems to be something of a problem for you guys if you read the reviews.
I bought a Skoda Octavia from David two years ago. Both the car and the service were superb. I put a deposit on the car over the phone, without even seeing the car in person. David guaranteed that, if the car was not as described, he'd return the deposit on the spot. The car was, and still is, great, and I would happily buy from David again.
Helpful and not pushy (even though we ended up not buying the car). Happy to let you get on with viewing a car without hovering around.
Very disappointed with the service, sold us a car with a hole in the radiator which was discovered 6 weeks after purchase. They blamed us for the hole even though I have hardly used the car. This will cost us an additional 400, we paid above average for the car believing we were getting a good service.
