When returning to my home this afternoon I was unable to enter my driveway because one of your drivers, Reg No GN17 XHF was parked right across the entrance to my and my neighbour's driveway, even though there was plenty of space for him to park legally within a matter of feet, ie the space between my house and my other neighbour's house . As I approached my home, the driver was clearly not in his cab and I had no way of knowing where he was because he was completely obscured by his vehicle.This kind of parking is not only illegal, it is also extremely thoughtless. Even after I told the driver he should not park there, although he did apologise, he made no effort to move his vehicle until he was ready to leave the scene.I was unable to complain directly to the company because they appear to have no facility to be contacted by email
