Phone order for delivery on 6th feb. Food Luke warm pizza was tasty enough but dry and hard crust. Chicken strips where tasty enough and moist the potato wedges slightly over cooked for my liking more brown than golden. The garlic bread was inedible. Delivery was slow. Last nights food was not upto the usual standard. You can and have done much better quality of food

We do have stuffed crust on our menu and we do what we have on the menu regardless of how much effort it takes. I believe you left your very honest review on a wrong shop. Thanks..."I am very clear that it was this shop, in Wokingham that we were in!! I was with 2 other people and they can both very much vouch for what the man said and which shop we were in... Essentially saying that stuffed crust is too much effort. The pizzas we had were actually good and for a large, were big! It's just the member of staff that served us on Thursday night let the company down!!
The staff seemed like we were more of a hindrance than customers. We asked about stuffed crust option and he basically said they're too much effort and doesn't want to do them... I will avoid in future and I'll be sure to inform friends and family to do the same.It's a shame as the shop in Farnborough is awesome!
This is by far the best pizza I have had in a very long time. The fact that it was square meant it was huge compared to a round pizza of the same size. I opted for the BBQ base, which I'd never heard of before, the pizza was delicious with loads of topping. It was hot on arrival unlike many others I've had from elsewhere. Compared to the big names in pizza delivery, It's Pizza Time wins hands down. Highly recommended.
The staff at Its Pizza Time are always incredibly friendly, the food is made to order in front of you and its surprisingly quick. The pizzas are always tasty and superb value for money.
