I started my treatment with a very stiff, painful back and a sore shoulder. After several sessions with Kenneth, both started to improve and he gave me the confidence to push myself. I now have a maintenance sports massage every 6 weeks which ensures that I am looking after myself properly. He gave me excellent posture tips and exercises to use should I start to feel any discomfort. Very pleased and would highly recommend him.
