Jane works with a number of our residents at Glebelands care home and she has achieved some fantastic results with getting elderly residents more mobile after falls etc. Highly recommend.

I have visited the practice for two courses of physiotherapy over the last few years and have always had a great experience. Firstly I had a chronic pain in the butt/lower back which was hampering my running. I was referred to Salil (a keen distance runner) who specialises in musculoskeletal injuries of the lower limb. After an initial consultation it was clear that I had some hamstring/glute problems affecting my posture and running stride. A course of massage and stretching exercises over a few months resolved everything. Recently I presented to Salil with some chronic painful shoulder problems. Within a few minutes the problem was identified and a course of treatment started. After only a couple of sessions my shoulder mobility returned and over a few months I regained strength and was able to return to swimming pain-free.Rodger Duckworth has a friendly, skilled and knowledgeable team with a holistic approach to physiotherapy. A doctor may just reach for the pain killers or cortisone needle but Salil believes that problems are often caused by muscular imbalance, inflexibility, poor posture etc and would like to address these instead of a quick pharmaceutical fix. Salil is very open in what he is trying to achieve and very clear in what the plan is and how you should perform any exercises. If you can commit to the exercises you will see positive results.A big thank you!.

I have suffered with migraines and neck/back pain on an almost daily basis for years. Having seen many different physiotherapists and chiropracters with no long term success I had learnt to live with it. I stumbled across Rodger while searching the internet and thought I had nothing to lose so booked an appointement. I am so glad I did. I noticed results after only a couple of appointments and have been almost entirely pain free for over a month now, which is incredible given how bad it was. One thing that is instantly obvious is that Rodger genuinely cares, he is very professional and put me at ease straight away. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
