This agent provides great service and has really useful local and market knowledge. I've let and sold property with them with great results. Very helpful and professional staff. Fees may be higher than online agents...but you get what you pay for.
I purchased a house in Wokingham and Martin & Pole dealt with the sale. Personally I cannot fault them. They seemed like real gentlemen to deal with; always very polite, professional and helpful. Overall a good experience with this eatate agency from a buyers perspective.

Do not use Martin and Pole for surveys. A home buyers report will cost you more than 500 but tells you very little other than the decorative state of the house. Mine did report several issues in the roof but they all turned out to be not correct, after I had to investigate them, due to poor knowledge by the so called professional surveyor.Save your money and just get a valuation report if needed. If you do pay out you may want to try elsewhere as Martin and Pole will not admit to any mistakes that they make..You have been warned.
