Our gorgeous chocolate Labrador at 10 years old needed his teeth rescaled. This needs a general anaesthetic but it will keep him healthy as he grows older. The postoperative aftercare has been thorough and caring. Their communication about the procedure and advice for keeping Charlie healthy as he grows older has been fantastic.Everyone has been extremely friendly and Charlie now even looks forward to going in for a visit! His teeth are pearly white, he doesnt have smelly breath anymore and all traces of gingivitis gone!
My 11 week old puppy had some toilet trouble. I called and asked if someone could see him now and Donna, the nurse said yes, bring him now. She was lovely and saw Pablo right away, he loved her! He was sorted out and sent on his way with some advice. Will be definitely be using their services again - outstanding!
Really impressed with my first visit. I had an appointment set up for Monday for the vet to check over both of my dogs but I had to make a last minute appointment before the weekend on the Friday for one of my dogs. The staff at Mulberry were able to fit me in last minute amongst seeing other animals and were extremely accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend Louise who took the time to deal with my old timer of a dog and managed to do a heart scan on site. The layout and decor of the vets is very calming and definitely calmed my dog down who usually gets a bit scared when we go into the vets. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend.
I have just registered my dogs and had a welcome tour of the new practice. Highly impressive. From the friendly, professional manner of all the veterinary staff to the state of the art surgery. I am particularly comforted by the varied and lengthy experience of all the team. Would definitely recommend investigating.
Both Alex and Louise have cared for our dog in the past. Im so excited to have them opening Mulberry House Vets. Having had a site tour, the practice is warm, welcoming and designed with pets at its heart. Recently the whole team were incredibly supportive, understanding and informative during a hard time with our pup. Good luck with the opening!
