It's taken a while to be able to write this review as our beloved horse had to be PTS that night.I cannot fault the staff, everyone from reception to the surgeon and everyone in between were kind, informative and compassionate.It's a horrific thing to go through but if it has to be done, I'm glad it was here. We were offered a quiet area on our own, tea and coffee supplies, tissues, anything we needed. The surgery team really did all they could and I can not thank them enough for their efforts, knowing our girl had the best chance and felt no pain. Thank you for making the worse day of my life a little more bearable
