Clean, light and airy surgery. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Zaki my dentist is a fun, friendly and personable man who will always make time to discuss concerns or see you in an emergency. I have been very happy with his care and work he has done. I absolutely trust his advice and expertise without question. Rachel, the Hygienist, is really fab and a pleasure to see, she makes my teeth feel lovely and clean. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating, they have gone above and beyond expectations - Cara once called me back to advise she could give me a more convenient slot for an appointment, as she was conscious I wanted the appointment some time before my wedding. In the past Zaki has given my elderly father a lift home when it was snowy.If I moved away, I would still travel to use this practice, as there is nowhere else I would want to go! At the risk of sound sycophantic, I really cannot speak highly enough of this practice.
I have been with Bean Oak for a number of years now and they have always dealt with me in the utmost professional manner. In times of emergency they have always fitted me in and it's been service with a smile. The nurses and receptionists are also so friendly and greet you with a smile. I have now moved from Wokingham, but will continue to travel to Bean Oak for any dental care required. I couldn't recommend them enough.
Zaki is a great dentist and I'm fussy being a nurse and also a dentist's daughter! He always explains exactly what is happening and also what options I have including the cost of the work. The reception area is bright and clean, staff are polite and helpful. The only thing I would change is I'd prefer not to listen to music in the waiting room but I guess others like it.
Matt is by far the best dentist Ive ever been too. The time and Carr he has taken the last few months with me has been exceptional. Reception staff are also amazing as is the nurse who works with Matt. I cant put into words how amazing I think you all are. Thank you for making me smile again
