I have been a patient of Dr Labbani for 8 years. I get quite regular complex issues with my teeth due to legacy overseas old dental treatments.Dr Labbani has always dealt with all my complex dental problems very efficiently, informed me of my options and suggested the most practical and cost-effective ways to solve the complicated problems. He has always been focused on patient care and advised me in my best interest, which is very different to the commercially-focused dentists out there.Having a vast experience with dentists and dental treatments, I think Dr Labbani is the most talented and wise dentist I have met. Dr Labbani is a no-nonsense professional, he offers an expert opinion based on his experience and he explains how dental things work (if you need an explanation). He is also a very kind person. He stayed overtime for my tooth extraction when I had an abscess emergency and accomodated to fit me in for appointments on the same day, when I had less critical emergencies.I am disappointed that somebody wrote a bad review about Dr Labbani, given that the patient himself was late. The staff and Dr Labbani are not insensitive, they are simply busy and have many patients to attend to. If a patient was running late, he should have called the clinic and they would have done their best to accomodate the patient as they have done for me and many other patients.
Horrible experience here, extremely rude and insensitive staff, including the doctors. I had an initial visit, in which i was told that I need a temp filling that's going to last few months, but just after couple of weeks, my tooth started hurting. I went down again for my followup appointment, but I was few mins late due to rain and traffic closures and absolutely no parking available near (all full) the clinic, and was told off by the Dentist, who rudely asked me to find another dentist!! That was completely insensitive, he did not rectify the original temp filling, no asking about my current pain etc, just simply asked me to go elsewhere as i was few mins late. Really pathetic!! Now am in pain and need to urgently find another dentist to finish off the job he started. Totally unacceptable
