The rudest receptionist I've ever talked to. Needed my tooth filling done as an emergency, as mine came out, gave them a call, the lady on the phone said that as I haven't been making any check ups with them for the last 3 years (I was managing to do that back in my country when on holiday, so didn't think I needed one when I was back in the country) I can't have that done at their clinic anymore as I CAN'T JUST CALL THEM WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR ME. is it not what the clinics are about???? you make an appointment when you are ill and the rest of the time you live happily???
