My children have just got to the stage of having impressions taken (3 appointments in) and we were told last week that only one is registered with the NHS and they have no more NHS places, despite initially specifying both to be registered NHS. Disgusted with the service and will move both children elsewhere.
Despite confirming numerous time over the phone, we have learned that they do NOT offer NHS treatments to qualified children. I was unable to get cost estimate for private treatments prior to committing to them. Strange...
Been going here for several years and just getting to the end of my treatment. I have not experienced anything like the kind of delays others have commented about, but I do agree that the receptionists can be a little curt at times. In fairness, I have seen a vast improvement over the last 6 months.It's true that parking is rubbish, but I have only had to park offsite once in my 3.5 years of going there and parking always available nearby.As for the real reason we all go there, I find my orthodontist very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. If I had the opportunity to change anything about him, I wouldn't.
I am not impressed with the service at all, I was told I had to go for braces and I was reluctant to agree because I struggle to find time for this sort of thing, they then referred me to this one which is nowhere even near me! Im not told what theyre actually doing when theyre doing it and when me and my mum phone up the receptionists have an attitude and always make it seem like Were in the wrong, that is when they do answer the phone, we had to ring for about 4 days before we could get an appointment to get my braces fixed bare in mind theyre causing a lot of pain which I think is totally unacceptable and I intend to have them taken off so I dont have to deal with it anymore.
I have been coming here for over a year with my son. They have never run appointments on time and are always 30-45min late. Reception staff is not always friendly or helpful. I would go somewhere else if I had a choice but my son is now at the last stages. Really terrible service which is unfortunate and be prepared to find creative ways to park!
