After 6 years of training, I know a good gym when I see one! ARC Gym is up there with one of the best Ive ever trained in. The reason for this is because they have created a great environment that brings together various types of training equipment into one complete gym. This gym is suitable for CrossFitters, Power Lifters, Olympic Weightlifters, Body Builders as well as general gym users. Not only this, the quality of the gym equipment is incredible and second to none. For example, all of their machine equipment is manufactured in the UK and to the highest standard. The staff are also very welcoming, polite and helpful - I highly recommend this gym whatever your goal may be.
