All I can say is amazing! As a total gymphobic and a hater of the commercial gym culture I was quickly made to feel part of the Mazfit family and have been supported through each stage of my journey. One to one PT sessions are fab - nutritional advice excellent - have achieved results very quickly and cannot praise them enough - definitely 5 stars from me
