FastTrack Fitcamp is brilliant. The sessions are tough but the friendly instructors and fellow campers make it fun. The food advice is really helpful and Heidis support and encouragement has been invaluable to me. I have tried so many other exercise classes but I keep coming back to this one!
I attended Fitcamp several years ago and have never looked back. It was such a milestone for me in my weight loss and fitness journey. I now feel so much healthier and energetic plus I am 3 dress sizes smaller (which I have maintained) and have no illnesses. What more could I ask? Thanks Heidi.
Ive been a Fast Track Fit camp member for 4 years now, first when I was preparing for a 400km charity bike ride in Vietnam. The classes pushed my fitness up in a way that cycling on its own couldnt and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip as a result. Heidis classes are now my go to when I want to take care of myself. Fitness and happiness go hand in hand for me, so whether its Sunday wake up or the unlimited membership I know Im guaranteed to see results and feel great. You get more than an exercise class with Fast track Fitcamp. Diet advice, body composition monitoring, social events, new friends and inspirational talks to help you get the most out of your life. I have been going to Fit Camp sessions for years, I love the variety that is offered and I never know what is coming next! What I love most is that it is a family, we help each other out and motivate each other to do our best (whatever level that is). I have had periods where getting to sessions has been difficult but I have still had so much support and certainly not been forgotten. Thank you for all the help you have given me with fitness, nutrition and general improvement in lifestyle challenging me to do things I didn't think were possible.
I started with FastTrack Fit Camp in September. The sessions are fun and friendly with no absolutely no judgement as to your own ability or fitness level. The instructor always ensures that you working within your capabilities, but with a gentle push when you know you need it. The support also from the other members has been invaluable at these sessions. I LOVE IT!
