Stayed here twice. First stay was passable, although the room was dingy and tired. Second stay involved a similarly tired room, but this time, it was twinned with noisy pipework, which kept me awake most of the night, followed by finding my car in the middle of a flooded carpark the following morning. This was despite the receptionist taking my phone number, on check-in, so that I could have the opportunity to move my car, if flooding was likely to occur. Not impressed.
Really enjoyed our cream tea, nice and relaxing, staff friendly and helpful.Highly recommended.
This is not a Hilton. Car park floods water pipes bang wait for food best part of an hour. Worst nights sleep I have ever had. Will not stay here again
Very nice carvery, very nice staff. Could have made an effort to clear Thursday's snow, which is now ice, from the entrance.
Hotel is okay but the restaurant service is really bad like headless chickens running around. The food is bad spend 4 nights there they can't get it right first time. Very disappointed food overpriced for the quality of service. Avoid the restaurant if you staying there.
